Lincoln Advisors recently completed interior and exterior renovations to the December 2017 acquisition of Valley Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota on behalf of a state pension fund. A new lease was signed on vacant building five with The Bernard Group, and the five-year lease will serve as a warehousing and distribution location for the tenant. The Valley Park Distribution Center totals 105,713 square feet with 32’ clear heights, a 120’ truck court. Lincoln Advisors successfully achieved strategic value-add initiatives to improve physical and functional obsolescence to 1998 construction in advance of occupancy stabilization including reconfiguration of the main office space, painting of the building exterior, installation of steel canopies above all entrances, parking lot seal and stripe, as well as exterior LED lighting installation.
