In furtherance of Lincoln Advisors’ value add repositioning efforts at 121 W Trade Street in Charlotte, North Carolina, a new 10-year retail lease with Reid’s Finer Foods was executed in January 2018. Expanding retail offerings to include full service breakfast, lunch, dinner and grocery retail, the addition of Reid’s tenancy at the main-and-main location of Trade and Tryon will undoubtedly add to the activation of the office lobby as well as the adjacent city park. The 121 West Trade building was acquired by Lincoln Advisors on behalf of a public pension fund in December 2015.
